WHY ALLOY BISTRO GOURMET?

Our name captures the essence of the fusion of a rustic but comfort high-end atmosphere along with delicate and unique flavors present in the Mediterranean culture. The Mediterranean region is a melting pot of ethnicities, languages and cuisine that you can experience at Alloy Bistro. This cozy and intimate restaurant is a labor of love. Every time you stop in, we will make you travel to the south of France and Italy using your senses as your own aircraft. In here, everything is made from scratch, no precooked dishes.
